Meet The Founders

Emily Ramji

Emily is a bachelor of commerce graduate from the University of Ottawa. She spent over 10 years working in the restaurant industry before beginning her accounting career with Boomer Professional Corporation, where she has assisted many restaurants with their bookkeeping and year-end needs. She is excited to combine her hospitality and accounting experience to provide restaurants with financial and managerial support that tailors to their specific needs.

Dave Boomer

Dave started his accounting career with Clarkson Gordon 30 years ago.  He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1989 and later became a Partner with Clarkson Gordon in 1998. The firm subsequently merged to become EY. He then went on to found his own firm, Boomer Professional Corporation in Jasper, Alberta.  Through the years, Dave has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients in various industries, including many restaurants. This gave him the idea to form Sixtop Inc., a company that specializes in maximizing restaurant profits through cost control programs & management.
